Return/Exchanges Policy
There are no returns or exchanges unless your item(s) arrive damaged. If any items do arrive damaged you will have 3 days from your order arriving to contact us at pinxology@gmail.com. For items damaged in transit photo or video proof is required to be provided.
You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. Pinxology is not responsible for any accidental or unapproved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
